the top tier is green tea with green tea buttercream, the middle tier is a strawberry/black raspberry cake (it’s actually red on the inside) with strawberry jam filling and black raspberry liqueur-infused buttercream. the bottom is a chocolate espresso cake with chocolate mousse filling and a plain buttercream frosting. all vegan, too!
