Reception vegan Entree

My vegan entree at the wedding reception: grilled portobello mushrooms, asparagus, and a zucchini tomato um thing. Wow i have no technical culinary term for that item. It was a blob of zucchinis and tomato paste. It was still tasty of course. And this is definitely the best vegan meal i’ve been served at wedding – when I am served a meal which is 2/7 weddings now. So i’d say it was a success!
