This is a vintage doll known as the "Mary Hoyer Doll with Teeth." She has a partially open mouth and her teeth are visible. She has glass eyes (with eyelashes), that close in sleep. Some child braided the doll’s hair in a rather bizarre manner, but at least they didn’t CUT IT!
