The design from the paper and ribbon were free form piped and brushed onto the 3rd tier. On the top tier you can see the tiny anchors and stars I piped to complete the "yacht club" feel. The topper is made of a combination of pre made filler flowers and my gum paste roses all dusted with antique silk luster.
