We’ve been to the farmers market this morning. This is Michael from Shaw meats he sells amazing cured meats & sausages. he’s a right friendly chap and when i asked if i could use him for my 365 he was right chuffed. so here he is, with a selection of his wares. we got 2 huge gammons, a flintstones sized beef rib, a chorizzo, some pigeon tits, some chicken tits, some wild boar salami and sumit else too – i forget what. this beef rib is a monster of a thing, it must weigh 3 kilos!
apples man wasn’t there and neither was fudge man so we’ve got no nice apples and no fudge. we did get some great cheese too and lots of veg, and ham type supplies from turkey tom – didn’t have any pastrami. sad face. sausage lady was there though and she didn’t not have anything, weeman got his sausages (hence her name) and i got my cheese burger. and we both checked her out a little bit 🙂
its cock & julia’s wedding anniversary today, so happy anniversary to them.
