The top tier of our wedding cake. It had been in 3 different freezers since our wedding but we never managed to eat it. Summer 2004, I pulled it out, took photos of it, sliced off a piece (put that in the freezer) and chucked the rest.
Italian Rum Cake from Galli’s Sanitary Bakery, South San Francisco – Eric’s grandmother’s wedding gift to us.
