"baby spinach leaves tossed in warm xeres sherry vinagrette with sauteed mushrooms, maple candied bacon, and crisp wonton skin"
the vinaigrette was really sparse, i found, and maple candied bacon realy just tastes like extra crispy bacon bits. nice veggie start to the meal though.
